Natural Characteristics: Mosi is a natural fiber, so slight fraying may occur during use. This is a natural characteristic of the material.

Shape Adjustments: Because it is made of soft fabric, the pillow may not be perfectly cylindrical. Simply fluff and adjust the filling by hand to restore its shape.

Washing the Mosi Cover: Hand-wash in cold water using a neutral detergent. Machine washing may cause the product to deform.

Washing the Cotton Cover: The included cotton cover is machine washable. However, washing at high temperatures (60°C or above) may cause shrinkage.
